3/18/08 - Microsoft Releases Service Pack for Vista Microsoft has released their first service pack for Vista. If you want to be on the bleeding edge, download it now. However if you prefer to be more on the cutting edge, let those bleeding edgers download it first and let them report any issues to Microsoft that may need correcting. 8/6/04 - Windows XP Service Pack 2 Windows XP SP2 was finalized in August of 2004. This release is recommended for any user that had the original Service Pack 1 (SP1) version of Windows XP. You can find our more right on Microsoft's web site.
